Project Overview

Currently the account, membership, review profile, help center are all fractured and users are having a hard time finding curtain information regarding there benefits or updating there information.

My Contributions

I created six different pages consisting of My GolfPass+, Watchlist, Reviews, Referrals, Manage Account and Help Center. Bellow I will take you through each solution.

Discovery

I started gathering inspiration from sites such as Netflix, HULU, Wallmart+ as well as some sports streaming solutions.

Solution: My GolfPass+

I worked with key stakeholders to get the data points that users will gain the most value out of as well as inform them on how they are utilizing there benefits. Some of the findings and key items are tee time credits, reward credits as well as how many waived fees and cancelation protection you have left.

Solution: Review Profile

For this page I refactored the review profile page and simplified where needed. I also worked with the development team to fix some older legacy profile items that some users still use.

Solution: Referrals

Referrals are a driving factor for ways our super users can get added discount rewards based on how many of their followers sign up for GolfPass+. key items that need consideration is:

A Centralized place that shows the status of each referral.
Highlighting how and where they can use the discount code once claimed
Show featured courses that discount codes can be redeemed at.
Highlighting how and where they can use the discount code once claimed
Highlighting how and where they can use the discount code once claimed
Waiting period before user has access to referrals.

Solution: Manage Account

For this section I had to gather all of the different account management pages and solutions and bring it into one simple flow. When I started this project edit profile was in one site manage account was in another and email opt ins was another.
